Stop Abuse Or Neglect With A Nanny Camera

Babies and children are the pride and joy of every parent's life. We wish we could spend all day cuddling them and playing with them. On the other hand, most parents need some private time with their spouse on a romantic date. Of course, you need to find a trusted baby sitter or nanny. Nannies must be carefully selected to ensure the safety and well being of our young children.

Unfortunately, more and more uncaring and even dangerous children's caretakers are slipping through the cracks and into our homes. Child abuse and neglect is not uncommon, but can often be impossible to detect. Some parents, however, are so suspicious of their children's nannies that they unnecessarily fire them. While a nanny is watching your kids, who's watching the nanny? You are! With a state of the art nanny camera, you can regularly check on your kids and their caretakers.

When you purchase a nanny camera, you will also need an extra VCR or DVD recorder, not located in the living room, where the nanny might go to watch TV. This VCR is used as a place to feed the camera. The camera itself does not record the images – the VCR does.

Cameras today have become so sophisticated that they can fit virtually anywhere. Some of them are so small that they aren't even detectable to the human eye! While this may sound like a James Bond fantasy, the idea of small cameras is not so futuristic, as the nanny camera demonstrates.

A nanny camera usually is quite simple to install. Some of them don't even require installation. Companies are now offering nanny cameras in the most inconspicuous of objects. Most obvious is the stuffed animal. A camera is located in the teddy bear's eyeball, watching every move the nanny makes. There is no tip-off red light, so she will never suspect she's being watched. In the case of a stuffed animal, it should be placed on a shelf, at eye height, and blend in with the other toys.

Your nanny might be doing something else in your house that you're unaware of. Throwing parties, looking through personal belongings, or perhaps stealing. That is why a nanny camera should be installed in every room of the house. For example, let's say you suspect she's having a boyfriend over when she should be taking care of your kids. To be certain, you must have proof. A nanny camera can come pre-installed in a clock face, a can opener, a vanity mirror, or even a throw pillow.

Don't let this type of abuse or neglect go on in your home! Catch the person in the act and bring them to justice by installing a nanny camera. These high tech pieces of surveillance equipment can be installed in any room with absolutely no notice. You can even use them to monitor your own children's play while you're home, from the other end of the house.
